Yes, we offer a variety of group fitness classes perfect for a variety of needs.

There is no formal childcare however, children are allowed to come in with their parents/guardians.  You’ll find we have equipment options perfectly sized for children of all ages to join in the fitness fun. Ages 0 - 4yrs are free, 5yrs - 17yrs require children memberships. 

We don't have showers or lockers but we do have two changing rooms, two bathrooms, and cubbies to store your items.
