This was a hard 8 Week Personal Training Programs all done virtually.
I want to point out we did not cut her calories to the bare minimum, we did not start a fad diet, nor did we cut out sweets/alcohol/carbs (the normal BS everyone thinks they need to cut) and she lost 5 pounds in 8 weeks!
Her training schedule was packed at 5 days a week plus recovery work. This client is a mom of 2 boys, a military wife, caring, hard working, and gives so much of herself to everybody else.
